Calendar of Events
Listed below will be all upcoming events that the WIHC (or members of the WIHC) will attend & perform. Please mark your calendars!
Monday, May 21st, 6pm - Harbor Brass/Penn Cove Brass Spring Concert 2 - High school members of the WIHC will perform as part of the Harbor Brass & Penn Cove Brass, both groups directed by Sean Brown. The program will include music composed after 1900. The concert will be at Click Music
Friday, June 1st, 6:30pm - Sean Brown will hold his annual Brass Studio Recital, which is a chance for his students to perform solos, duets, etc. Members of the WIHC will perform on this concert, including the high school players with Sean on a 4-part Bach Fugue.
Sunday, June 3rd, 3pm (Tentative) - TheWIHC will share a concert with the Broad View Elementary Marimba Club with a crowd-pleasing program, finishing together with an African-themed piece. The concert will be at Click Music
Wednesday, June 25th, 4pm - The WIHC will hold a performance for the Whidbey Island Brass Camp at Click Music Store, which is open to the public.
Saturday, August 4th, 2pm - Saratoga Orchestra of Whidbey Island's Conductor's Workshop concert for public, which will be held at South Whidbey High School.
